EVENT DESCRIPTION
On April 1, 2026, BMCC will have an open workday at Goose Lake. We plan on removing invasive shrubs and trees like box elder, buckthorn, brush, applying herbicide on cut stumps and piling brush.
TOOLS
All tools including loppers and hand saws will be provided or volunteers can bring their own. Other tools and needed materials will be provided. Sturdy shoes or boots are recommended. Since chain saws will be in use, bring ear protection. Bring drinking water and gloves.
LOCATION
Please meet at the cul de sac at the end of Goose Lake Dr. and Pheasant Lane.
